Sarina is the Director of Utilization Management at Springbrook Behavioral Health. Sarina is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s Degree in Management. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science.
Sarina began her journey with Springbrook in 2021 as the Utilization Management Coordinator for the Acute Autism Assessment Unit, where she played a pivotal role in ensuring high standards of care coordination and insurance utilization practices. Her leadership and commitment to quality care led to her current role, where she oversees utilization review strategies across the organization.
Before joining Springbrook, Sarina worked as a Registered Nurse for eight years, the majority of her experience in Orthopedic and Vascular surgery.
Earlier in her career, she spent nine years in the food processing industry, focusing on Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance.
