Tour Our Facility

Every day at Springbrook is filled with unique educational and recreational activities no matter where a child or adolescent falls on the spectrum. Whether it's time spent in a classroom or time playing in our heated indoor pool, our facility is designed to make a client's stay as safe, comfortable and engaging as possible.

Day Room

The staff at Springbrook works hard on a daily basis to keep our clients happy. Not only are their special monthly planned activities fun and exciting, but are also educational and designed in such a way as to benefit those on the spectrum who may struggle with certain tasks. Among the various activities (but certainly not all) our youth benefit from are: Special outings to area sensory friendly events, special field days, fishing in our well-stocked pond, various fund-raising events sponsored by our student council, holiday parties, and in the spring our older youths participate in a chaperoned school prom here at the facility.

Sensory Room

Our sensory room features a soothing, calm atmosphere where our clients can take a needed break from activities and recharge.

Gymnasium

Our facility features a full gym where our clients enjoy games, free time, and special events.

Pool Area

Pool time is fun time! Among the many unique features Springbrook offers is the aqua-based therapy sessions in our heated indoor pool. During these fun and exciting sessions, therapists can target sensory processing disorders using a sensory integration approach through pool specific materials such as foam-based barbells and dumbbells, aqua joggers, mats and noodles. In addition to the different therapy sessions, clients can also enjoy free swim time.
