GREENVILLE, SC – Springbrook Behavioral Health, a nationally acclaimed autism-focused residential treatment center, announces the launch of its new, free podcast: “All Abilities, No Filter.” Hosted by educators, behavior analysts and specialists who bring a variety of real-world experience and insight to the mic, the bi-weekly podcast features relatable and accessible conversations about autism and disability advocacy.
“We would sit in rooms all the time – teachers, therapists, BCBAs, specialists from all over talking through strategies, swapping stories and brainstorming about how to help our patients,” said podcast co-host Jake Edgar, Director of Education at Springbrook. “One day we thought, why are we keeping all of this experience and knowledge locked inside our building? Let’s put it out there so families everywhere can benefit. That’s how this podcast was born.”
Whether it’s a classroom teacher sharing firsthand experiences, a behavior analyst challenging outdated systems or a parent fighting for their child’s IEP rights, the goal of each episode is to provide a space for honest, accessible and unpolished dialogue around what it really means to support individuals with disabilities. This collaborative effort led by a team of professionals who work together in the field every day reinforces Springbrook’s ongoing commitment to serve the community and break down barriers related to autism care.
“We strive to be the most easily understood podcast in the advocacy space. It doesn’t matter if you are a seasoned professional or a parent just starting your journey, our conversations are down-to-earth, relatable and accessible to everyone,” Edgar continued.
The “All Abilities, No Filter” podcast is available for free on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. For more information, please visit https://www.allabilitiesnofilter.com.
