
Grace Holtzclaw, LMSW, is the Director of Clinical Coordination at Springbrook Behavioral Health, where she oversees the clinical therapy team and provides key support to the utilization management department. With over seven years of experience in the field of human services, Grace brings a diverse and compassionate approach to behavioral healthcare leadership.
She began her career as a Parole/Pardon Investigator at the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole, and Pardon Services before moving into the field of behavioral health. Grace has worked as a Substance Use Prevention Specialist at the University of South Carolina and later served as Lead Counselor and Intake Coordinator at a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program, where she also pursued her Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (AADC) credential.
At Springbrook, Grace has moved from therapist to director over the past four years, helping to shape the clinical program and support staff development across departments. Her clinical interests center on somatic practices and how they can support emotional regulation and connection in neurodivergent individuals. She is especially passionate about making care more attuned, accessible, and responsive to the unique needs of this population and their families.
